Who we are. Dream Division is made and sold by Creative Sonar, LLC, [a Missouri limited liability company]. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you buy a membership, redeem a gift code or use the app.
The service. Dream Division is a web application for planning model railroads. A membership runs for one year from the day your account opens. [It renews only if you choose to renew.] We add features through the year; we do not promise any particular feature by any particular date.
Your account. One account is for one person. Keep your sign-in email address current, because it is how you get in. You are responsible for what is done in your account.
Your plans and drawings. They are yours. We store them to run the service, show them to no one else, and delete them when you ask. When you send a drawing for import, we use it only to build your layout. A published plan is for your own layout; do not ask us to copy a plan for resale.
Pictures, imports and credits. Pictures and imports beyond your membership's allowance are bought as credits. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred, and [expire with the membership year].
Fair use. Do not resell access, share your account, probe or overload the service, or use it to break the law.
What we promise and what we do not. We work to keep the service running and your plans safe, and we back them up. We do not promise it will never be down. The app helps you plan; you are responsible for what you build and for checking measurements before you cut. If something goes wrong, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes. When these terms change we tell you by email before the change takes effect.
