Gifts. A gift membership can be refunded in full at any time before the code is redeemed. Write to hello@dreamdivision.app with the order email address.
Memberships. A membership can be refunded in full within 14 days of the day your account opens, if no pictures have been made and no import has been used. After that, no refund.
Credits. Unused credits bought separately can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
How. Write to hello@dreamdivision.app. Refunds go back to the card that paid, within ten business days.
