What we collect. Your email address, to sign you in and to send you the emails you ask for. Your plans, drawings and the descriptions you write, to run the service. The shape of your room when you scan it with the app, to fit your plan to it. Purchase records: our payment processor handles your card, and we never see the card number. Server logs with the address your browser connects from, kept for [30] days. Visit counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
What we do with it. Run the service, send you your receipts, your founder's card and the sign-in links you request, and answer your mail. We do not sell your information and we show you no advertising.
Who else sees it. The companies that run parts of the service for us, each only for its part: [Stripe] for payments, [Resend] for the emails we send, [Google] to draw pictures from your plan and description, [Groq] to understand what you say to the planning partner, Cloudflare and DigitalOcean to host and protect the site. None of them may use your information for anything else.
How long we keep it. While your account is open, and ninety days after it closes so you can come back. Write to us and we delete it sooner.
Your choices. Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, or for its deletion, at hello@dreamdivision.app.
Children. Dream Division is not for anyone under 13.
Changes. When this page changes we tell you by email before the change takes effect.
